Nokia-Siemens axe 1500 jobs in Finland
Nokia-Siemens Networks will axe 1500 jobs in Finland during the upcoming three years.
The company plans globally to cut 10-15% of it's workforce until 2010. Most redundancies will take place in Finland and in Germany. Today Nokia-Siemens has approximately 10 000 employees in Finland.
According to Helsingin Sanomat the joint venture is expected to give more details about the job cuts later in May.
