HTC to sponsor Gumball 3000
Taiwan based Smart phone developer High Tech Computer (HTC) is one of the official sponsors of the upcoming Gumball 3000, the 5,000 km international car rally.
The rally will start tomorrow April 29 in London UK. The racers will use a MDA Compact III GPS-enabled PDA phone, manufactured by HTC, for navigation, position location and communications. This is the first time HTC is involved in a sponsorship of a large-scale sporting event, DigiTimes reort.
