Scanfil close the agreement of the Belgium plant
Scanfil plc's Belgian subsidiary Scanfil N.V. has closed the agreement to sell the real estate of the Belgian plant.
The sales price was as predicted approximately EUR 0.6 million higher than the balance sheet value of the property. Scanfil published an announcement concerning a preliminary agreement of this transaction on 14 December 2006.
