Abacus adds new European Marketing Director

Abacus Group has appointed Martin Kingsbury to the newly created role of European Marketing Director.
Kingsbury will work at a strategic level in developing the group's growing portfolio of pan-European franchises. Kingsbury joins Abacus from America II Europe, where he spent five years as Strategic Sales Director building a European field team.

Previously, he spent four years at Arrow Jermyn, in director-level sales and marketing positions. Prior to this, he spent 15 years at Access and subsequently Avnet, ultimately achieving the position of Semiconductor Marketing Director. Kingsbury started his distribution career at ITT Electronics, in an internal sales position.
