Nordic EMS provider close to collapse

Swedish EMS provider EDC employing 80 people in Munkfors, Sweden has major economic problems.
If the company does not come up on its feet's in three months, it will go into bankruptcy.

“After several years of weak profitability the owners does not want to invest any more money and after a economic decontaminate new owners would like to take over the company", company CEO Per Smeds said.

EDC reduced staff with 25 employees last October, when one of the company's largest customer choosen to move the production to Asia. According to Per Smeds, EDC needs several million Euros within three months to get back on track.
