German Funkwerk AG widens its product range and customer base through the acquisition of microSYST Systemelektronic GmbH.
German Funkwerk will through the acquisition of minSYST Systemelektronic GmbH widen its customers base and also bring enhanced development resources within information systems for industrial applications to the company.
Funkwerk that is a specialist in communication systems pays 3.25 million euros for 100 percent of minSYST Sytemelektronic GmbH. After this acquisition Funkwerk will have an annual turnover of about 5 million euros.
