New technology for producing Multilayer FPCBs developed
Researchers in South Korea have developed a new less hazardous technology for producing multi-layer flexible PCBs.
Kang Kyung-tae and his researchers team at the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology have developed a method of producing PCBs by spraying copper traces onto a non-conductive substrate. The technique, similar to ink-jet printing, is developed with the focus on finding a less hazardous method of producing multilayer-flex PCBs.
