Qimonda to build plant in Asia
Germany based semi firm Qimonda plans to build a 12-inch facility in Asia.
Taiwan, China or Singapore are possible locations for the facility, the company's president for the Asia-Pacific region Daniel Wong told Digitimes. To build the 12-inch plant will take about one and a half years.
