Nordic EMS-provider plans termination

EMS-provider Alphatron AS, based in Trondheim, Norway plans to terminate its business.

Alphatron earlier suggested that thy will proceed with a voluntarily debt clearance through a piece rate. However that suggestion was not accepted by all of the creditors. Therefore no investors or banks wouldn't finance the business. Alphatron has asked its creditors for more time in order to avoid bankruptcy.
