TT Electronics add new Group Secretary
TT electronics plc has announced the appointment of Mrs. Wendy Sharp, ACA, as Group Company Secretary.
Wendy Sharp will also serve as a member of the TT electronics Corporate and Social Responsibility Committee. She succeeds Mr. Martin Leigh who retired in December 2006.
Wendy Sharp joined TT electronics over ten years ago and has held a series of senior positions within the group's global management operations, most recently with particular responsibility for the co-ordination of the company's international tax affairs.
