Chinese PCB firm to raise US$200

Meadville Holdings of China plans to Raise US$200 Million; and Hong Kong Listing.
Chinese PCB supplier Meadville Holdings Ltd., is planning to raise up to US$180 million ahead of a planned listing on Hong Kong's stock exchange. Meadville Holdings, owned by the family of Hong Kong Financial Secretary Henry Tang Ying-yen, plans the initial public offering before Lunar New Year according to a preliminary offer document.
