UMC's production not affected by earthquake
UMC announced that its production is not affected by the earthquake that ran off on December 26.
On December 26 8.26 pm local time an earthquake shook the southern parts of Taiwan. The earthquake measured a magnitude of 6.7 but according to a statement to the Taiwan Stock Exchange the United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC)'s production is not affected by the quake.
