Scanfil to sell the real estate in Belgium
Scanfil plc's Belgian subsidiary Scanfil N.V. has entered into a preliminary agreement to sell the real estate of the Belgium factory situated in Antwerp.
The final agreement is expected to be entered into during the first quarter of 2007. When realized the real estate will be sold at higher price than its balance sheet value.
