Henkel has aqcuired Accurus Scientific Co. Ltd., a Taiwan-based manufacturer of solder spheres and solder powders.
Accurus Scientific Co. Ltd makes type 1 through type 7 solder powders. The company employs 170 workers and was founded in 1998. This was reported by Circuits Assembly. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
