Samsung wins this year's largest LCD order

Samsung Electronics are going to deliver 4,250 40-inch LCD panels to 2 400 post offices and regional offices in the United Kingdom. This is the largest LCD panel sales order in Europe in 2006 for panels in the sizes above 30 inch. According to EMSNow Samsung Electronics provided LCD monitors in bulk to deluxe cruise ships of MSC, an Italian traditional shipping company, in August, and also reached an agreement with Europe's Hilton Hotel to supply LCD TVs in bulk in October.
