Perlos reports loss for Q3

In the third quarter the company's net sales remained almost unchanged year-on-year at 175 million euros. Perlos posted an operating loss of 31 million euros after financial items in the July-October period, compared to a 17 million euro profit one year ago. Profit before non-recurring items was 3 million euros, down from 17 million year-on-year. The operating result includes a provision of EUR 29 million related to the account receivables and inventories of BenQ Mobile and an additional provision of one million euros related to the closure of the Texas plant.
