Grundig to produce TV sets in Turkey
The German home electronics giant Grundig has established its own LCD-TV manufacturing line at the Beko site in Istanbul, Turkey.
Together with the British company Alba the Turkish electronics provider Beko took over the TV business from Grundig in Januar 2004. Since then the Grundig Intermedia GmbH refers the largest part of its television sets of Beko.
