Holders to establish Chinese subsidiary
Holders Technology plc announces the registration of Dongguan Hui Zhan Electronic Ltd in Dongguan, Southern China.
The newly established company will be a wholly owned foreign enterprise and is a 100% subsidiary of Holder's Hong Kong based company, Topgrow Technologies Ltd. The new company will offer PCB materials and machines, and service functions such as drill regrinding for the Southern China market.
