Hynix to start manufacturing DRAM in 80 nm node
South Korea's Hynix Semiconductor announced that the company has bagun volume production of 80-nm technology-based 512 megabit DDR2 DRAM chips.
"The launch of mass production of 80-nm DRAM chips will help Hynix take the initiative in developing 60-nm DRAMs in future," a company spokesman said.
