Ratos acquires Perlos healthcare unit
Perlos is selling its healthcare division to Swedish Ratos.
Ratos has to pay 67 MEUR for the deal which is expected to be closed in the third quarter of this year.
Perlos healthcare unit has manufacturing facilities in UK and Finland and last year had a turnover of 52.6 MEUR.
