German EMS acquires DAnalyse
German EMS provider TES Electronic Solutions has acquired the assets of DAnalyse.
DAnalyse will become a part of TES´s design centre in Berlin where the company will develop devices, particularly mixed-signal, analogue and RF chips.
"These additional services help TES offer a complete contract design, manufacture and test service to its customers around the world", Dr Dietmar Warning, manager of the Berlin design centre, told ElectronicsWeekly.
