PCB manufacturing tool maker to be sold
The speciality steel maker for PCB manufacturing tool applicatons, Kennametal is in progress to sell its operations in Europe and Asia.
Kemmer Praezision Electronics is developing and selling tungsten carbide tools for the printed circuit board industry. The sale of Kemmer´s European operations is now closed and the company´s Asian operations is expected to be closed in the first half of fiscal 2007.
