Has Periscope found a buyer in Cemtrex?
Back in December, the German manufacturer said it intended to restructure itself via insolvency through self-administration. Now it looks like it's going to get a new owner.

Evertiq got an anonymous tip saying that the unnamed German electronics manufacturer that Cemtrex is looking to acquire is, in fact, Periscope GmbH in Paderborn.
The insolvency agency, Buchalik Brömmekamp, which handles Periscope's restructuring, has confirmed that the company in fact is the unnamed German electronics manufacturer. Evertiq will keep you updated on the story as more information becomes available.
