Mirae inaugurates plant in Hungary

South Korean Mirae Corp. has opened a mobile handset part painting unit, in Komárom Industrial Park in northern Hungary.
Mirae has invested $21.5 million in the unit. South Korean Ambassador to Hungary Seok Yung Um attended the ceremony held earlier today. The plant, which will deal with painting mobile parts for Nokia mobile phones, will employ a staff of 600. They expect annual revenue of $40 million.
