Stevenage Circuits purchases Limata equipment

UK-based PCB manufacturer, Stevenage Circuits, has purchased – via Viking Test Services – Limata’s latest Laser Direct Imaging Technology System UV-P300.

“Like all other companies in this field Stevenage are continually looking for ways to improve quality and reduce costs to make a stronger and more competitive company. After a detailed testing phase Stevenage chose the Limata system. The UV-P306 demonstrated a very well-engineered system that will meet our needs today and well into the future. Moreover, we like the flexibility of Limata to slightly customize the machine and offer us a much higher value in the production.” Robert Brown, Managing Director, Stevenage Circuits. Stevenage is now manufacturing 100% of the production with laser direct imaging systems with multiwavelengths. The Limata UV-P306 is especially dedicated for the solder mask department to getting higher capacity and a better quality on that production layer.
