Integrated Micro-Electronics CZ keeps investing
Integrated Micro-Electronics in the Czech Republic (a subsidiary of Philippine-based Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc.), has invested in a new selective coating from Nordson – the Select Coat SL-940E/SL-941E.
Not too long ago the company invested in a Versaflow 3/45 selective soldering machine from Ersa GmbH. And back then the company announced plans for further investments.
And here it is, the Nordson SL-940E and SL-941E are high-speed, highaccuracy coating systems with integrated, closedloop process control. The optional pattern recognition system permits confirmation of accurate coating pattern positioning. Downdraft ventilation provides a path for VOC removal.
