An Apple Watch for EUR 11'000

It has finally happened and the rumour mill can finally shut up. Apple has released its watches. And they are very much priced according to Apple standards, EUR 399 – EUR 11'000 (for a limited edition 18-carat gold version).
This is hardy untested waters, a lot of companies – Sony, Samsung, LG and Motorola to name a few – have ventured into the smartwatch market with more than one model. However, a lot of people think that Apple might be the one to elevate the market with its version.

I must say that I'm not overly impressed by Apple's watches. Apple gave the watch a battery which would last for 18 hours; sounds a bit thin to me (when talking about a watch). And unlike other models, it does not have a direct internet connection, ergo; you'll need an iPhone.
