STACI to merge with EPM Global Services

Centre Lane Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in New York, will merge of two longtime players in the EMS, PCB and Electro-Mechanical component service industries; STACI Corporation (LaGrange, Ohio) and EPM Global Services (Markham, Ontario), both acquired by Centre Lane Partners in 2014. David M. Buckley, President and Chief Executive Officer of STACI Corporation, has been appointed President and CEO of the newly formed company. "Together, STACI Corporation and EPM Global Services create a business well positioned to better serve the expanding EMS market with value-added service capabilities," said David Buckley, President and CEO. "Integration planning teams, led by senior leaders from STACI and EPM, have been working closely to ensure a sustained focus on continuity, business synergies, and customer and talent retention." A company rebranding is underway and a new name for the combined business will be announced to the industry within the coming week.
