Directors Share Purchases in Cookson
On 5 April 2006 Nick Salmon, Chief Executive, purchased 37,180 shares in Cookson Group plc at 549p per share.
On the same day, Mike Butterworth, Finance Director, purchased 12,202 shares in Cookson Group plc at 549p per share.
These purchases were made in accordance with the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and as a result of these investments in Cookson shares Mr Salmon was awarded 141,991 Matching Shares and Mr. Butterworth 46,543 Matching Shares.
