Flextronics to close Finnish plant

Flextronics has decided to close its printed circuit assembly plant in Haapajärvi, Finland. The total workforce of 120 employees will be fired.
The closure is due to high labour costs. The decision comes surprisingly, thus the plant hired new staff last week. The negotiation with the union starts on Friday. The production will be transferred to a low cost location.
