Cimulec acquires Systronic SAS

The Cimulec Group is composed of two companies specialising in the field of printed circuit boards manufacturing: Cimulec in Ennery with 73 employees and a player in the European Aero-MIL market; CSI Sud-Ouest in Toulouse with 48 employees and a specialist in prototype PCBs. Systronic was founded in 1969 and is based in Les Ulis, employs 42 people. The executive team of Systronic remains unchanged. After the acquisition, yearly sales of the Cimulec Group will be in excess of EUR 20 million.
