Solectron to raise $150
Solectron Global Finance Ltd., the financial arm of Solectron Corp. has sold $150 million in 8% notes.
According to Circuits Assembly, Solectron did not disclose what the capital would be used for. Solectron Global Finance Ltd. Is an wholly-owned subsidiary of Solectron based in the Cayman Islands.
