EMS revenues reached $121 Bn in 2005

The total revenues in the EMS industry reached $121 billion in 2005.
The total revenues have been compiled by Walter Custer. Below you will find the percentages of the various segments.

Computer, 20%
Computer peripherals, 18,7%
Wired telecom, 17,7%
Wireless telecom, 14%
Consumer, 8,8%
Industrial, 8,5%
Medical, 5,6%
Military, 2,8%
Automotive, 2,2%
Instrumentation, 1,7%

In comparison the EMS giant Foxconn, who passed Flextronics in revenue size during 2005, reached revenues of $21 billion in 2005.
