Sanmina-SCI Sells $600 million<br>in debt securities
Sanmina-SCI Corp. filed to sell up to $600 million in senior subordinated debt securities from time to time, according to a filing Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said it will use net proceeds from the sale of the securities for general corporate purposes. No underwriters were listed in the filing.
