Nordic-Baltic EMS-merger completed
Sweden based EMS-provider EDC AB has completed the acquisition of all shares in Lithuanian ELSIS GP UAB.
ELSIS is based in Kaunas Lithuania. The integration between EDC's unit in Sweden and Elsis' unit in Lithuania has started. On the picture: Per Smeds, CEO EDC AB and Arunas Gedvila, CEO ELSIS UAB.
