Activ Solar appoints Alain Bertholet as CFO
Vienna-based Activ Solar, a developer of large-scale solar PV installations, have appointed of Alain Bertholet as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
He will report to Activ Solar CEO Kaveh Ertefai and will be responsible for the company’s financial strategy and management, improving business performance and managing the finance.
Mr. Bertholet has over 20 years of experience in various management positions including in the automotive, energy and FMCG industries. Prior to Activ Solar, he most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at the Korean subsidiary of German automotive company ZF Sachs.
