SanDisk sues STMicro
SanDisk Corp. has filed a patent lawsuit in the US against STMicroelectronics, for infringing SanDisk's flash memory patents.
The patent entitled Flash EEprom System With Cell by Cell Programming Verification. The US Trade Commission ruled that STMicro's NAND flash memory chips did not violate three claims of SanDisk's patent.
