Measurement Specialties acquires HL Planartechnik
Amreican Measurment Specialties has acquired the German HL Planartechnik for 6 million Euros.
HL Planartechnik, founded in 1988, is based in Dortmund, Germany and produces inclination sensors, magnet-resistive sensors, thermopiles, sensor modules, customer-specific solutions as well as Ni-temperature and air mass sensors.
