New CFO for Premier Farnell

Chief Financial Officer Nicholas Cadbury will leave Premier Farnell on 13 November this year.
Mark Whiteling will join Premier Farnell to replace Cadbury as CFO on 5 November 2012, when Cadbury will step down from the Board.

Whiteling's appointment was first announced on September 4 this year.
