Thales decides to keep its medical radiology activities

Thales has announced it will keep its medical radiology activities.
In June this year, Thales stated that it had undertaken a strategic review that could lead to the sale of its medical radiology activities.

The company said the discussions regarding the closure of the medical radiology group had failed on two conditions:
the assurance of future development activities outside the Group and the guarantee of long-term employment at the various sites, notably Moirans in the Isère region of France.
