Brady divests Etimark business

Brady Corporation has sold its Etimark business in Germany.

Etimark, a manufacturer of bar-code labels and other identification products with revenues of approximately USD 10 million, is headquartered in Bad Nauheim and employs approximately 50 people. Etimark was purchased by Schäfer-etiketten GmbH & Co KG. Other details of the transaction were not disclosed. “Brady’s long-term growth strategy is to focus our energy and resources on growing our core business. This divestiture is in keeping with that strategy, as we no longer see Etimark’s products as core to our portfolio,” said Brady EMEA President Peter Sephton.
