Wistron cuts shipment forecast

Wistron has cut its second quarter PC shipment predictions due to weak demand.
The company has said that shipments will be slightly down from the first quarter, compared to the original estimate of a flat or to up to 5 percent increase.

Shipments in May were weaker than expected thanks to weak demand and Intel’s slow rollout of Ivy Bridge processors a spokesperson told Dow Jones newswires.
