Artaflex buys Adeptron

The license of intent between the companies was first announced in October last year and the deal has now been completed. The pre-amalgamated Artaflex’s shareholders own approximately 75% of the new company, which is still named Artaflex, while Adeptron’s shareholders own approximately 25% of the combined company. Adeptron is an EMS provider with facilities and partners throughout Canada, the United States and Israel. The Markham, Ontario based Artaflex is an integrated product development, commercialization and manufacturing company providing services to original equipment manufacturers (OEM).
