German antenna maker sold to Andrew
The American Colorado based communication systems developer Andrew Corp. is acquiring the German satellite antenna maker Skyware Radio Systems GmbH.
Andrew will pay $9 million for the German company.
As part of the deal the 40 employees at Skyware in Krefeld, Germany, and Stockport, England will join Andrew's Satellite Communications Group.
