Teleplan and Brightstar form joint venture
Brightstar, a wireless distributor and service provider, and Teleplan have formed a joint venture to provide service in Brazil.
“This agreement will enable Teleplan to expand our end-to-end service solutions and our unique global footprint into Latin America. Brightstar will leverage its reach in Latin America and its local expertise in Brazil while utilizing Teleplan’s ability to manage the after-market complexities involved with mobile devices,” said Gotthard Haug, Chief Executive Officer of Teleplan.
