Xenterio close down in Offenburg
The insolvent German EMS-provider Xenterio is closing its doors in Offenburg.
Representatives of the German union IG Metall said in a statement that around 100 employees will be affected. The EMS-provider had filed for insolvency in September last year.
This ends a rather eventful history for the location. Founded in 1963, originally part of AEG Telefunken, then ANT, Bosch and Marconi, the location was bought - 3 years ago - by Munich-based Bavaria Industriekapital. From the - now also insolvent - EMS-provider Elcoteq.
