Toshiba to release e-reader in Japan

The device is due out on Febuary 10 and features a 7 inch TFT LCD display with 600×1024 pixels, the company said in a press release. The e-reader weighs 330 g and is 11mm thick, has 8GB flash memory and up to 7.5 hours of battery life. Wifi is also available on the model.
