New company name for Schlafhorst Electronics AG

From December 14, 2011, the German EMS-provider Schlafhorst Electronics AG has changed its name to s.e.t. electronics AG. Address and registered seat remains the same: Mönchengladbach. This is the second name change in the history of the company. Founded in 1997 - through a Management buy-out by the present executive board Manfred Tillmann, Knut Richter and Claus Brunen - the Schlafhorst Electronics GmbH changed name in 2007 and became Schlafhorst Electronics AG.
