Aspocomp highlights cash transfer
Transfer between Aspocomp Group OYJ'S Funds Entered into trade register.
In accordance to the authorization of the Trade Register on November 7, 2005, Aspocomp Group Oyj has today implemented the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting, held on July 26, 2005, to transfer EUR 45,989,038.00 from the company's premium fund to the special reserve fund administered by the General Meeting.
The transfer was carried out in accordance to the Board of Directors' proposal and was subject to the approval of the Trade Register authorities.
