Foxconn backs down in patent lawsuit
EMS-giant Foxconn has withdrawn its patent lawsuit against connector manufacturer Suyin.
In October 2010, EMS-provider Foxconn filed a lawsuit against Suyin and its US subsidiary. The company argued that several of its patents were violated. These included products such as CPU sockets, DDR SODIMMs and DC power jacks.
Both companies have declined to comment further writes DigiTimes.
